min_finite[dtype: DType]() -> Scalar[dtype]
Returns the minimum (lowest) finite value of type.
Parameters:
- dtype (
DType): The value dtype.
Returns:
Scalar: The minimum representable value of the type. Does not include negative
infinity for floating-point types.
